Jenny is an optimistic, energetic, and just all-around-joyful person. She has been working as a mental health counselor and art therapist for 10+ years. She initially works with clients to choose whether they prefer to use art therapy or talk therapy, or a combination of both. Then she brings to clients her signature strength-based and person-centered approach.
